RELEVANT SCENARIOS OF THE ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION (BY THE EXAMPLE OF THE ADVANCED ENTERPRISES OF PENZA REGION)

Background. The paper raises the problem of determining the most relevant scenario for the development of enterprises in the context of digitalization, the study of which points to the difference in the level of demand for digital technologies in business entities of different types of agriculture and the lack of capacity for the introduction of advanced technologies.
Materials and methods. For the transition from traditional forms of management it is necessary to achieve scenarios of development with the help of digital modernization of infrastructure in the agricultural enterprises of Russia, including enterprises of the Penza region, which will significantly improve the efficiency, quality and productivity of production, and radically change the specifics of the domestic agricultural sector.
Results. Based on the comparative analysis of the demand for new technologies of various economic entities of agriculture, as well as the analysis of trends and challenges facing them, review of indicators of dynamics of agricultural enterprises of the Penza region, identified two relevant interrelated scenarios of development of agricultural enterprises in a digital transformation.
Conclusions. To implement the current scenarios of development of enterprises will require the implementation of large-scale digital projects, as well as support from the state.
